Executive Master in Marketing & Sales, Rome Business School

In April 2025 I completed the Executive Master in Marketing & Sales at Rome Business School, a one-year program that combined strategic marketing, sales management, digital marketing, and innovation, with a final grade of 30/30. A year of ideas, exchange, challenges, and concrete growth, learning to look at marketing with fresh eyes and apply theory with greater awareness in my daily work.

The program was completed on 23 April 2025. Rome Business School issued the Executive Master in Marketing & Sales certificate following successful completion of the ASFOR-accredited course.

A year of growth

The Executive Master was not just coursework, it was a year of ideas, exchanges, and difficulties, but also many opportunities to grow and turn challenges into concrete actions. I learned to see marketing differently: less as a set of tactics, more as a strategic system connected to business goals, sales networks, and long-term brand value.

Putting theory into practice was the most valuable part. Case discussions, group work, and applied projects helped bridge the gap between what happens in the classroom and what happens in agency environments with real clients, deadlines, and performance targets.

What the program covered

The curriculum spanned the full marketing and sales spectrum, from strategic planning to digital execution:

  • Strategic marketing: planning, market analysis, and product lifecycle management
  • Sales management: direct and indirect sales network organization
  • Digital marketing: advanced SEO, email marketing, and digital KPI management
  • Marketing mix and business unit management
  • Innovation: AI applications and sustainable marketing for future trends

From master to daily work

The Executive Master strengthened how I approach social strategy, influencer marketing, and brand communication. Strategic marketing frameworks help structure editorial plans and creator campaigns. Digital marketing modules reinforce data-driven decision making. Innovation topics, AI and sustainability, connect to how brands must evolve their content and community strategies.

I'm proud of this milestone, curious about what comes next, and ready to apply everything I've learned. Thank you to Rome Business School for the journey.
